Firstly we would like to say our thoughts are with all our brides and grooms that are due to get married and are having to make the very difficult decision to postpone their wedding.
We as a family are trying our best to stay positive during this unsettling time and would like to be as flexible as possible while still maintaining the business.
So we have outlined our new Covid-19 plan here:
If you have booked with us and paid a deposit you can move your event to a later date, this may be later on in 2020 or into 2021. We will deal with dates on a first come first served basis. The date will be moved free of charge and we will transfer any money already paid across. You balance will then be due 1 month before this new date. If for any reason we cannot book you into your new chosen date because it is already taken we will not charge you the balance and you will be free to cancel and find a new supplier who can help, we have plenty of great local suppliers to recommend.

Most importantly we urge everyone to talk to suppliers and venues and keep the conversations flowing. A good supplier and venue will be as flexible as possible and reassure you as much as they can.
